Set a Vision

Set a Vision

I’ve always been fascinated by how sometimes, when I think about something, it just… happens. Like when you randomly bring up a topic in your mind, and out of nowhere, your friend starts talking about the same thing. Or when someone crosses your thoughts, and hours later, you bump into them on the street. Coincidence? Maybe. But then there are moments that feel way too real for that.

A few years ago, I pictured myself living abroad, surrounded by international friends, exploring new places- and now that’s exactly my life. And no, this doesn’t feel like some random chance. It feels like I wanted it, I worked for it, and now I’m living it.

I truly believe it’s all connected to visualization and manifestation. When you keep something in your head, your mind and actions start aligning with it- like you activate this hidden power inside you. You begin to attract the right moments, people, and opportunities without even realizing it.

But what happens if you don’t picture anything? If you never sit down to think about your future, your goals, what you want or don’t want in life? If there’s no vision, what are you even aiming for? You can’t reach something you haven’t even defined.

Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t really know what they want. When you ask them about their goals, they say things like “I want to be happy” or “I want to be rich” or “I just want love.” But what does that even mean for you? What does happiness look like in your everyday life? What kind of rich are we talking-money from where? A career, a business, or something else? And love-what kind of partner, relationship, friendship? Without clarity, it’s hard to know what path to take.

You need vision. Clear vision. Once you have that, you can break it down into steps, tweak it along the way, grow through the process, and eventually—you get there. Simple as that.

Everything comes down to the mental game-even your physical appearance and how you want to look. I remember when I wasn’t that confident in my body. I didn’t care much about what people said, but deep down, I wasn’t fully happy with how I looked. I am tall, my backside was super flat, and when the big booty trend started-let’s just say I felt like I missed the genetic lottery. But I didn’t let that stop me.

I decided I was going to build the body I wanted. I had a clear picture in my head, and I went after it. And I genuinely believed I could do it, because every time I’ve had a strong vision, I’ve made it happen. Why would this time be any different?

I taught myself everything-training, nutrition, recovery. Even when scoliosis came into the picture and made heavy lifting harder, I didn’t give up. I adapted. I stayed consistent, trusted the process, made changes when needed-and eventually, I saw results. I built the body I once dreamed of.

Same thing with my business. Back in high school, I already knew I wanted to start my own company after uni. That vision shaped all my decisions. It’s why I studied Business instead of Psychology. And guess what? That company exists now.

The point is: vision matters. Once you see it in your head, you’re already halfway there. The rest? You do the work-and trust that the right pieces will fall into place.

Just start with a vision. That’s where everything begins.
