Returns and Refund Policy
Can I return items bought on sale?
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for another size/item or for store credit. Please contact us before placing an order for a different size/item as part of an exchange for a previous purchase.
How do I return or exchange my TENXIE pieces?
Follow these steps to return or exchange
- Review the terms below.
- Include a note with your name and order number to speed up processing.
- Use our contact form to initiate a return.
- Specify if you'd like a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process.
What are the return/exchange conditions?
- You will need to cover the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
- If an additional exchange is needed after the first, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
The following conditions must be met:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with labels and barcode intact.
- Items must be clean and unworn (no marks, hair, or deodorant stains).
- Items must be in the exact condition as delivered (folded, unwrinkled, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Please note: We can only issue refunds once the returned item is in our possession.
Refunds cover the item price, excluding delivery fees. If you'd prefer store credit, please let us know when requesting a return.
What if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
What refund options are available?
You can choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- TENXIE store credit or a gift card

Who covers the shipping costs?
Shipping for returns and exchanges is covered by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns that don’t reach us.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
